The Drop-In program is a series of weekly 1-hour classes designed to keep your child up to date on current currculum subjects. The classes have a minimum of one student up to a maximum of five students.

Drop-in class are held on specific days and times of the week. For some grade levels, you may choose to attend more than one session a week. We offer drop-in classes for English Grades 1-10 and Maths Grades 1-12. The Drop-In Schedule follows below. Empty slots are available for booking.

A typical drop-in math lesson will cover knowledge-based questions then application and problem-solving skills and finally individual questions your child may have.

Due to our small students-to-tutor ratio, every student will have time to work the tutor individually. New cncepts are taught as group and example questions are provided for practice. Students who face difficulty will be assisted individually during group practice time.

Drop-in classes are offered in sets of pre-paid classes of 16, 12, 8 or 4 . The number of classes registered will depend on the the date of registation. The pre-paid classes must be completed by January 30 or June 30 of any calendar year. Unused classes are non-transferable. English and Math slots cannot be interchanged. They must be bought separately.

You also have the option of "Pay-As-You-Go" for your drop-in classes. You don't need to pre-pay for these classes, however they cost $5 more per class. This option is attractive for those whose schedules change weekly such as those students who are involved in hockey or dance.

Our drop-in classes require the purchase of a workbook for the required grade. The workbooks not only provides many arithmetic questions, but it also has word problem exercises which teach children at a young age how to translate abstract language into math language. The books range from $14.95-$24.95 + G.S.T.
